Consultation
Discover the basics of yoga and its benefits for your body and mind. You will learn about your body type, mind type and other unique characteristics. After careful understanding of your goals, problems, conditions and unique characteristics, a personalized yoga practice will be recommended that is just right for you.
Learning
Learn the fundamental yoga practice step by step in a methodical way using the Beginner Series for 4 weeks. This includes 8 classes (2 classes per week and 1 class is 1 hour duration). The focus is to energize your body and mind and conserve it throughout the day as you walk out of the class!
Group or Personal Class
Join our intelligently grouped classes and practice yoga with a supportive community. This will be 8 classes per month. Alternatively, you can sign up for Personalized Practice Series on a monthly basis which is one on one coaching and practice sessions.
Advancing
Deepen your practice with advanced yogic practices and personalized coaching to mentally sweat, purification, higher levels of spiritual growth and unification with cosmic consciousness!
